It has the effect of tonifying blood and promoting blood circulation, regulating menstruation and relieving pain, moistening bowel. It is commonly used for blood deficiency and yellow, dizziness and palpitation, irregular menstruation, amenorrhea and dysmenorrhea, deficiency cold and abdominal pain, rheumatism and arthralgia, injury, ulcer, intestinal dryness and constipation. Angelica sinensis is slightly cylindrical, with 3 to 5 or more branches in the lower part, 15 to 25cm long.
