Graviola is a small, upright evergreen tree, 5-6 m high, with large, glossy, dark green leaves. It produces a large, heart-shaped, edible fruit that is 15-20 cm in diameter, is yellow-green in color, and has white flesh inside.
The Soursop (Annona muricata) is tripti broadleaf, flowering, everygreen tree native to Central America, the Caribbean and northern South America, Colombia and Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, Soursop is also native to sub-Saharan African countries that lie within the tropics. Today, it is also grown in some areas of Southeast Asia. It was most likely brought from Mexico to the Philippines by way of the Manila-Acapulco galleon trade.
Graviola Extract  contains 81% moisture, 3% titratable acidity and 24% non-reducing sugar. Graviola seed contains 8% moisture, 2% crude protein, 13% ash, 8% crude fiber,20% fat and 47% carbohydrate. The seed also contains 0.2% water soluble ash, 0.8% titratable acidity and 17 mg calcium / 100 grams.
