Pu'er tea, a special product in Yunnan Province, is a product of China's National Geographical Indication.

Pu'er tea is a large tree, up to 16 meters high, 90 centimeters in diameter at breast height, with fine hairs on the shoots and white soft hairs on the terminal buds. Leaves thin leathery, elliptic.
