Description:
Black bean is also known as black adzuki bean, horse material bean, wu dou, is the black seed of soybean legumes. It is rich in protein, fat, amino acid and other nutrients, and rich in isoflavones, polysaccharides, pigments and other active substances. Isoflavones mainly exist in the form of glucoside (IFG) and the corresponding glycogen (IFA).
