Extraction Source  

The dry root of Angelica Sinensis (Oliv.) Diels of Umbelliferae umbelliferae plant, perennial herb, the whole plant has a specific aroma.

The main root is thick and short, plump and fleshy, and there are many thick and long branch roots below. Stems erect, purplish. Perennial herb, 0.4-1m high. Stems erect, purplish, with obvious longitudinal grooves, smooth and glabrous. The dry root is about 10-25 cm long, 3-10 cm long, gray-brown or tan in appearance, with longitudinal wrinkles throughout, slightly cylindrical body, and uneven body, with 3-5 or more roots underneath Too many endings.
