Product Profile
20% oleuropein is translucent green in color and the chlorophyll is intact without damage. Ethanol solvent extraction, solvent residues, microorganisms, heavy metals, plasticizers, etc. comply with EU standards.

Oleuropein is extracted from the leaves of Olea Europaea L.. The olive raw materials are produced in Longnan, Gansu, and the quality and production of the raw materials are strictly controlled.

Physical and chemical properties
Melting point 87~89ºC. Easy to absorb moisture. Easily soluble in ethanol, acetone, glacial acetic acid, 5% NaOH solution, etc.; soluble in water, butanol, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, etc.; almost insoluble in ether, petroleum ether, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, etc. This product easily absorbs moisture and will decompose when exposed to air and sunlight.
